Where does my customers' money go?
Straight to your own M-Pesa till or paybill through your own Daraja app. We never hold your money.
How do I pay for the subscription?
From the Billing page, by M-Pesa prompt or by paying the till and entering the M-Pesa code.
What happens if I pay late?
You get reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before renewal and a 3-day grace period. After that the admin is locked until payment, but customers who already paid keep their internet.
What counts as an active customer?
A customer with a package running right now. Customers whose package has expired don't count.
